Although I always knew that selling a house would be a stressful experience (fromall the stories and jokes I had heard over the years) I still underestimated how stressful it really is. Lisa...Hi darling. Even though things didn't work out last night, I feel good. I feel good for a few reasons: I didn't get into a property that was going to cause me headaches later, I'm fortunate to work with a wonderful agent that isn't pressuring me to buy (ie: may lose a commission cheque), I like that we could walk away without the emotion of the property. No property should be a must have for me. It needs to be a business decision and fit into our specific criteria. Thanks Lisa, I was getting a little worried when we got into the walls, reading the moisture meter. I wasn't sure how this was going to pan out. I kind of thought that perhaps there wasn't enough reason to walk away. When you put all of the problem areas together, the best answer was to walk away. I've always said it's the little "extra" in extraordinary that makes the difference and that's Lisa! Lisa adapts well to change and is extremely professional and polished. She has a great sense of humour and has a contagious laugh. She was a pleasure to work with and I will work with her again when we decide to move again back to the West end.
